燃料通過燃燒器燃燒,產生高溫燃氣。并借助具有強化換熱措施的熱風爐將高溫燃氣的熱量傳導給
被加熱的空氣,高溫燃氣經熱量散發后溫度降低至250℃后排到大氣中。需加熱的空氣通過選配的鼓風機強送入熱風爐、吸熱后溫度升值額定值從熱風出口送出、當熱風溫度達到額定的上限溫度時。燃燒器會自動停止燃燒或自動轉為小火焰燃燒,當熱風溫度降低到額定的下限溫度時,燃燒器又會重新點燃運行或轉為大火燃燒,升溫的速度可調進風閥來實現。
應用于金屬表面涂裝、制藥、糧食、食品、木材加工、紡織印染、化工、汽車等行業。

The fuel is burnt at firebox and the high temperature is produced. The quantity of heat will conduct to air to be heated through
heat exchange device. Through heat exchange, the temperature of air is dropped to less than 250?C and the air will be discharged.
The air to be heated is sent to hot air furnace through distribution blow fan. After absorbed heat to the rated value, the air will be
sent from the vent of hot air. When the temperature of hot air reaches the rated upper limit, the burner can stop or turn to small fire
automatically. When the temperature of hot air drops to the rated low limit, the burner can burn or turn to big fire automatically.
