崗位描述
Job Responsibilities:Be responsible for the installation,repair service, preventative maintenance,on-site training in equipment operation and maintenance 負責儀器安裝，維修，保養(yǎng)及現(xiàn)場培訓
Respond to service calls to isolate or fix problem in malfunctioning instruments
電話回復解決客戶使用問題
Participate application and user training course 參加產(chǎn)品應用課程
Maintain proper business relationships with customers through good service contacts
通過優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務與用戶保持良好關(guān)系
Work together with sales team in pre-sales support
與銷售團隊合作做售前技術(shù)支持
Sorting installation&service manual in both English and Chinese 整理中英文安裝及服務手冊
Base in Beijing and travel throughout China 工作地北京，會在國內(nèi)各地區(qū)出差
Job Requirements:
Min. 2-3 years service experience 至少2-3年維修工作經(jīng)驗
Bachler degree (,electronic, LED，chemistry, material science) or above
本科或以上學歷，電氣，LED，化學或材料科學專業(yè)背景
Be good at written and oral English 良好的英語說寫能力
